Hujjat al-Islam Abdul Hussein Mo’ezzi the second director of the Islamic Centre of England 2004-2014. He was born in a clergy family in 1945, Tehran, Iran. He has studied both in the Islamic Seminaries of Najaf and Qom. Before the 1979 Islamic revolution of Iran, he was one of the active members of the movement. In 1989 he was designated as the deputy of public relations and cultural affairs of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei’s office for 11 years.
In the year 2000, he was appointed as the representative of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei in Austria. Then he established Imam Ali (a) Islamic Center in Vienna, Austria, and managed it for four years.
In 2003, he went to London as the representative of Iran’s supreme leader and the Director of the ICEl and finished his mission in 2014.
He is currently the representative of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei in the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
